Beno J. Gundlach Company is now offering a line of innovative chemicals used for sealing, protecting, enhancing, cleaning and maintaining grout, ceramic and porcelain tile, marble, granite and other natural stone materials, hardwood, laminate and carpet. This Gundlach product line offers unsurpassed protection and the easiest application in the industry. Available in both solvent and water based formulas and are specified based on the conditions of the application or the type of surface to which the product is being applied. Solvent based products penetrate into grout, stone and masonry surfaces deeper than water based products due to their low surface tension. Solvent based products also dry more quickly than their water based counterparts allowing for quicker access to the job site. Water based products have the advantage of being more user friendly and are compatible with common spraying equipment.

No. GS02 Spray-On Grout Sealer is a VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) compliant, solvent based formula
designed for deep penetration on both polished and porous stone, masonry, grout, and concrete. It
protects against oil and water based stains while still allowing the surface to breathe. The inverted ‘anyway’
valve spray tip allows for application to floors, walls and countertop surfaces from a standing position.
